WHAT DO WE DO?We get to work with the decision makers of our clients to deliver effective HR Solutions for their businesses.

That means you get to do the interesting stuff such as coaching, training, investigations  & leadership development, but you also need to be prepared to write a role description, conduct a performance review, or create a new starter induction pack.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first few weeks you will spend with the business owner getting to know our clients and most importantly, the way in which we deliver our services to each business.  From then on, you will get to run your clients, BUT you will still be part of an awesome team who catch up regularly to talk strategy and bounce ideas of each other.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • You do need to know your stuff however, so ideally you have at least 3 years HR experience behind you

  • A commercial brain; you can't be afraid to work within a budget and must be prepared to talk money with clients

  • A want to be better;whether that's developing your own skills, or being able to get a result for a client that even they didn't think was possible.
